Operating system window already reach on window 10 after birth on Window 98. For best Operating System that i had review was : Window Xp and Window 7 even now already on Window 10. On window Xp and Window 7 has fast boot not like other window version so then its all depends on hardware for sure.

Window Xp was died since microsoft had stop to updating those software, but still its the best operating system. Wanna kept window Xp, here download link :

Window 7 also the best operating system, overall window 7 had good on boot and also have a lot features.
